Terms of Service

These terms apply to all orders placed on streetsticker.com. By placing an order, you agree to them. StreetSticker is operated by the company named in our Legal Notice ("we", "us").

1. Orders

Your order is a request to buy custom printed stickers. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if the artwork breaks these terms, and we refund any payment in that case.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and include shipping and all fees. Payment is due when you place your order. If we find an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before production and you can cancel for a full refund.

3. Your artwork

You confirm that you own the artwork you send us or have the right to use it, and that printing it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights, such as copyrights or trademarks. You give us permission to use your artwork only to produce and ship your order. We don't print artwork that is illegal, promotes hate or violence, or infringes third-party rights, and we may cancel such orders.

4. Production

We print from the file exactly as you supply it and set up the cut line for you. We don't send proofs before printing. Please check spelling, size and resolution before you order. Small color differences between screens and print are normal.

5. Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Delivery times and details are in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, defects and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. How you use the stickers

You are responsible for where and how you use our stickers. Please follow local laws and respect other people's property. Eggshell stickers are designed to be hard to remove, so only put them where you're allowed to.

7. Liability

Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, as far as the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where our business is registered, as stated in our Legal Notice. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence still apply.
