What are eggshell stickers?
Eggshell stickers, also called destructible or tamper-evident stickers, are printed on a thin, brittle vinyl with a strong permanent adhesive. They can't be peeled off in one piece: the film breaks into small flakes, like an eggshell. That's why they're used on poles, signs and walls where a sticker should stay up.
How are they different from vinyl stickers?
Vinyl is a tough, flexible film that stays in one piece when someone pulls at it. Eggshell vinyl is brittle and breaks into small flakes instead, so it can't be removed in one piece. Is full color printing extra?
No. Every order is printed in full color with digital eco-solvent print, so photos, gradients and any number of colors cost the same. There are no plates, no setup fees and no charge per color.
How do I order custom eggshell stickers?
Pick a shape and size in the configurator, choose a quantity and upload your artwork, or email it after checkout. Eggshell stickers are cut as a square, rectangle or circle.
Which files work best?
PDF or PNG preferred, JPG, SVG, AI or EPS also work, up to 20 MB. Vector files or images at 300 dpi give the sharpest print.
Which sizes can I order?
Square: 2, 3, 4 or 5 in. Rectangle: 2 × 3, 3 × 4, 2 × 5 or 2 × 8 in. Round: 2, 3, 4 or 5 in. Any other size from 1 to 36 in can be entered in the configurator.
What's the minimum order?
500 stickers of one design. You can order 500, 1,000, 2,000, 5,000, 7,500 or 10,000, and the price per sticker drops as the quantity goes up. See all prices on the product page.
How long does delivery take?
Production takes 3–5 business days. Shipping is free and tracked and usually takes about 5 business days, so most orders arrive 8 to 10 business days after you order.
Are there any extra costs?
No. Prices include shipping and all fees. Nothing gets added at checkout or when the package arrives.
Are they weatherproof?
Yes. We print with eco-solvent ink made for outdoor use, so rain, sun and snow are fine. Outside, the colors usually fade before the adhesive lets go.
How do I apply them?
Use a clean, dry surface. Peel, stick and press firmly for about 10 seconds. The bond gets stronger over the next 24 to 48 hours.
