Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit streetsticker.com or place an order, and how we use it. The company responsible for your data is the operator of StreetSticker named in our Legal Notice. You can reach us at hello@streetsticker.com.
What we collect
- Order information: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you enter one, the products you order and the artwork you upload or email to us.
- Payment information: payments are handled by our payment providers. We don't see or store your full card number.
- Messages: what you write to us by email or through the contact form.
- Usage data: device and browser information, pages you view and how you found our store, collected with cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To print, ship and deliver your order and to keep you updated about it.
- To answer your questions and handle refunds or reprints.
- To run, secure and improve our store.
- To send you our newsletter if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
- With your consent, to measure and improve our advertising.
Who we share it with
We only share personal information with service providers that help us run the store, and only as far as they need it: our e-commerce platform Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers such as UPS, analytics providers (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) and advertising partners such as Google and Meta. Where the law requires your consent for analytics or advertising, we only share data after you agree in the cookie banner. We don't sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the store to work, for example for your cart and checkout. We also use analytics and advertising cookies to understand how our store is used and to measure our ads. Where the law requires your consent, for example for visitors from the EU or the UK, these cookies are only used after you agree in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Analytics and session recordings
To understand how visitors use our store and to improve it, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Microsoft Clarity is provided by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA. It records how you interact with our pages, for example clicks, scrolling and mouse movements, and creates heatmaps and session recordings. Text you type into forms is masked and not recorded, and our checkout is not recorded. Clarity uses cookies, and Microsoft may also use the data to improve its own products and services. Where your data is stored
Our service providers may store and process data in countries other than your own, including the United States and Canada. We rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers where the law requires them.
How long we keep it
We keep order information for as long as we need it for the order and for as long as tax and accounting laws require us to. Artwork files are deleted when they are no longer needed for your order or a reorder. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its use, or send you a copy. Depending on where you live, for example in California, you may have additional rights. We won't treat you differently for using them. To make a request, email hello@streetsticker.com.
Children
Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
